As a Software Development Engineer at Launchmetrics, you will shape Discover, our analytics-driven suite for brand monitoring and benchmarking. You’ll own end-to-end features within a pod-driven team, impacting AI-powered insights and data trust for top fashion and beauty brands. You’ll work with modern frontend and backend tech to deliver scalable, high-performance experiences. This role offers hands-on ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to influence product strategy and AI enhancements.

• Contribute to new feature development from architecture to market-ready product
• Maintain and modernize existing features through refactors to reduce complexity
• Serve as a frontend expert (React/Redux) guiding best practices
• Design and optimize database schemas for new or updated implementations
• Collaborate with PM, designers, and QA to translate requirements into features
• Promote code quality with tests and clean, well-structured code
• Drive AI-led improvements and support tooling, documentation, and processes
• Refactor and optimize for performance and maintainability
Responsabilidades
• Engineer Degree - Master Degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 2 years of full-stack SaaS experience with Agile methodologies
• 2+ years of JavaScript/TypeScript experience
• Interest or experience in AI-assisted development xqbhyrx workflows (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot)
• Strong expertise with React
• Experience building RESTful or GraphQL APIs
• Experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake) or similar data pipelines
• Understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and schema evolution in large-scale systems
• Fast-paced, self-motivated mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
