As a Full Stack Software Development Engineer at Launchmetrics, you will build scalable backend systems and rich frontend components for our Sample and Event domain. You will work within a pod-driven team responsible for end-to-end delivery, from scoping to adoption, on mission-critical fashion tech platforms. You’ll tackle live-operations at scale and collaborate with design and product to deliver high-performance, user-friendly interfaces. This role combines hands-on coding with architecture decisions, AI-assisted tooling, and a focus on maintainability and security. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Build and maintain backend systems with PHP 8+ and Laravel
• Develop frontend components using React and optimize bundling with Esbuild/Vite
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs to support frontend features
• Perform code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
• Write unit tests for frontend and backend code
• Monitor dependencies and ensure security and efficiency with npm and composer
• Keep documentation up to date for codebase, APIs, and system architecture
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code) while ensuring quality and review of AI-generated outputs
• Create reusable AI-driven workflow assets and establish internal AI usage standards
Responsabilidades
• Engineer Degree / Master Degree in Computer Science
• 5+ years of full-stack SaaS development experience
• Proficiency in PHP 8+ and MySQL 8+ with Laravel
• Experience with React and modern bundling tools (Esbuild, Vite, webpack)
• RESTful API design and integration experience xqbhyrx
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code or similar)
• Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Docker, and version control (GitHub)
• English fluency; strong communication and collaborative skills
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment and able to estimate and plan work
