Job Summary
Seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer (IAM & Authentication) with 5+ years of experience building secure, scalable web applications in regulated cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React/Redux, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, IAM, OAuth, SAML, SCIM, and cloud-based distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure full-stack applications using React, Redux, Ruby on Rails, and PostgreSQL.
- Build authentication, authorization, and administrative tools for user and role management.
- Develop scalable, secure APIs and cloud-based solutions.
- Work on performance, scalability, and reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
- Exposure to
FedRAMP or other regulated cloud environments - Strong experience with
React/Redux and
Ruby on Rails. - Hands-on experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch, or event-driven architectures.
- Experience with
IAM,
OAuth,
SAML,
SCIM, and
authorization frameworks. - Solid knowledge of
PostgreSQL and relational database design. - Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and scalable distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of secure application development and software engineering best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
