We are seeking an experienced
Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer
with proficiency in Java and Python to join our dynamic team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather and preprocess data to prepare models for evaluation and training
Create detailed technical documentations concerning AI/ML infrastructure, evaluations, and implementations
Effectively communicate findings and results to stakeholders
Work in collaboration with other software engineering teams and vendors to boost overall project success
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience with Java or Kotlin
At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
Proficiency in Python and background in AI/ML model development
Capability to document complex processes and technical details
Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing technology environment
Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
