Responsibilities
Design AI-powered solutions that enhance the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing and CI/CD workflows
Build backend services, integrations and production-ready applications that embed LLM capabilities into engineering environments
Develop AI-assisted automation to improve code review, testing and overall engineering productivity
Identify high-impact opportunities for AI enablement and establish best practices for scalable development
Guide engineering teams in adopting AI tools and workflows during day-to-day delivery
Define guardrails for responsible AI usage and measure adoption impact through quality, productivity and cycle-time improvements
Requirements
Strong background in full-stack development with a mastery of Java and JavaScript
Hands‑on expertise with large language models like Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT or Google Gemini
Proven capability in developing agentic workflows featuring tool use, memory and multi-step reasoning for engineering tasks
Deep understanding of RAG architectures, prompt engineering and the integration of AI into production‑grade SDLC workflows
Track record of building, testing and shipping production-ready solutions
Problem‑solving ability, clear communication and a proactive approach to cross‑functional collaboration
Nice to Have
Background in the insurance or financial services industry
