Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer (Java+python) (Guadalajara)

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer with proficiency in Java and Python to join our dynamic team.

• Gather and preprocess data to prepare models for evaluation and training
• Create detailed technical documentations concerning AI/ML infrastructure, evaluations, and implementations
• Effectively communicate findings and results to stakeholders
• Work in collaboration with other software engineering teams and vendors to boost overall project success

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Java or Kotlin
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
• Proficiency in Python and background in AI/ML model development
• Capability to document complex processes and technical details
• Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing technology environment
• Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills

• Background in server management
