ELIXIR MD is looking for a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build software across our medtech product portfolio.
You will work on:
- Medtical workflow software
- Connected applications
- Cloud infrastructure and integrations
- AI-enabled tools
- 3D facial scanning and visualization software
This is a broad builder role for someone who can move from idea to working product, learn unfamiliar technologies, and know when specialized outside expertise is needed.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain full-stack web applications
- Develop frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
- Create authentication, permissions, reporting, and workflow tools
- Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, hardware, scanners, and devices
- Build 3D visualization and scan-management features
- Prototype AI, computer-vision, and image-processing workflows
- Review contractor work and help manage external technical partners
- Translate business and clinical needs into practical technical solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of professional software-development experience
- Experience with React or a similar frontend framework
- Backend API and relational database experience
- Working knowledge of Python
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience integrating APIs, SDKs, or connected systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Medtech, healthcare, robotics, imaging, IoT, or regulated software
- Three.js, WebGL, Unity, OpenCV, Open3D, or similar tools
- Computer vision, 3D models, scanners, cameras, or sensors
