Full Stack Developer | SaaS | TypeScript, React, Node.js | Utrecht
Do you want to build a fast-growing SaaS platform and grow into a senior role?
We're working with an HR-tech SaaS company in Utrecht that helps organizations modernize performance, development, and continuous feedback. Hundreds of companies use the platform, from fast-growing scale-ups to established corporates.
They're looking for a (mid-level & Senior) full-stack developer to work across the entire stack, from user interfaces in React to APIs and backend services in Node.js, in close collaboration with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers.
The Role
- Build new features together with product and design teams
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable code in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB
- Build and improve performant and secure REST APIs
- Contribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions
- Review pull requests and work in structured weekly sprints
- Improve developer workflows, CI/CD, and automated testing
- Take ownership of features from idea to deployment
The Stack
- Frontend: React, TypeScript
- Backend: Node.js, Express, MongoDB
- REST APIs
You
- Mid-level: 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, comfortable with the MERN stack
- Senior: 5+ years as a senior full-stack developer and feel at home in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- A strong eye for user experience, frontend and backend
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative
Offer
- Mid-level role: €4,000 to €5,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours, depending on experience)
- A clear growth path towards a senior full stack developer role OR team lead (If senior)
- Hybrid working (at least 3 days at the Utrecht office)
