Role & Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical leadership, oversee software development projects, and take accountability for the quality, optimisation, and functionality of the software.
Write well-designed, maintainable, and testable code, seamlessly integrating robust software components into an existing, fully functional enterprise software system.
Actively contribute to the development and ongoing support of existing solutions using Agile methodologies, collaborating closely with team members.
Provide ad hoc advice, conduct research, and deliver proof-of-concept work focusing on system architecture, components, and integrations.
Drive strict code quality assurance processes, including comprehensive unit testing and peer reviews, to ensure absolute accuracy and functionality.
Identify technological and system deficiencies to recommend strategic process, procedure, and methodological improvements.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Full stack development expertise utilising C# / .NET Core with OData RESTful API architecture.
- Strong front-end proficiency across Angular, Bootstrap, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Demonstrated experience with testing frameworks including .NET XUnit, TypeScript Karma/Jasmine, and .NET driving Selenium.
- Proven experience with a track record of steering software development projects and mentoring technical teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders, collaborate in Agile environments, and translate complex user requirements into high-performing technical solutions.
- Security Clearance: Must be an Australian Citizen with a Baseline security clearance.
