Job Title - Full Stack Lead Software Engineer
Location: hybrid roles with 2 days a week onsite in Raleigh, NC
Duration : 6 month contract to hire
Required Experience (Must-Haves)
7+ years of professional software development experience.
Full-stack engineering background with:
At least one client-side framework (Angular preferred, but flexible)
At least one server-side language (.NET/C# preferred, but flexible)
Strong hands-on experience with AI assisted development tools such as Claude, CoPilot, etc.
Experience may come from personal, experimental, or non-corporate projects, corporate production use is not required.
Practical experience using AI-assisted and agentic development tools, including:
Claude Code
GitHub Copilot
Codex
Gemini or similar tools
Ability to clearly articulate:
How you've used these tools in real development workflows
The pros and cons of different agentic tools
When AI accelerates development vs. when traditional coding is still necessary
Preferred / Nice to Have
.NET and Angular experience
Experience building internal tools, platforms, or developer productivity solutions
Comfort working in distributed or global engineering teams
Experience in cloud infrastructure provisioning (IaC) and CI/CD pipeline automation on AWS or other major cloud providers
