Overview
In this role you will help accelerate automation and digitization of lab operations by delivering web and automation tools. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to build software for the lab, collaborating with users and product teams to translate needs into practical solutions. You’ll tackle cross-cutting problems, improve system performance, and support the lab’s technology-driven transformation. Responsibilities
- Develop and modify information system programs for laboratory solutions
- Deliver features and fix issues across multiple platforms and applications
- Collaborate with users, product, and technology teams to gather requirements
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate status
- Improve system performance by analyzing problems and proposing solutions
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team including software engineers, data scientists, and architects
- Adhere to security practices and code of conduct
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React.js, Angular)
- 3+ years of backend web development with Django, Flask, FastAPI, or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
