Full-Stack Software Engineer IV (.NET/Angular)

Our client is seeking a Senior/Level 4 Full-Stack Software Engineer IV with strong .NET and Angular experience and hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity, secure coding, and vulnerability remediation. The engineer will work across multiple application teams to identify, remediate, document, and complete security-related development work.
Responsibilities
- Perform vulnerability remediation across primarily Angular/.NET customer-facing applications.
- Identify and implement security-related code and configuration changes.
- Update applications to meet established cybersecurity and coding standards.
- Document all changes and remediation work.
- Work directly with application teams and participate in daily standups.
- Take ownership of assigned mini-projects and drive them through completion.
- Transition between teams/applications as remediation projects are completed.
- Quickly learn each application's purpose, architecture, and existing technology before making changes.
- Follow established development, testing, and deployment processes.
Required / Key Skills
- Seven (7) years of experience
- Strong .NET software development experience.
- Angular - required.
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability remediation and/or secure software development.
- Experience securing APIs and application code.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
- Ability to work within CI/CD development environments.
- GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Jira experience.
- Strong ability to quickly learn unfamiliar applications and technology environments.
Preferred Skills
- React experience.
- Experience with regulated or highly secure industries.
- Banking/financial services experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with origination or servicing platforms.
- Familiarity with payment APIs, payment processing, or financial transaction integrations.
- Experience with OWASP API Security and CIS Benchmarks.
- Vault experience.
- AWS exposure.
