A comprehensive After-Sales Service Management Platform designed for customer support, CRM, inventory management, field service operations, spare parts management, billing, workflow automation, and enterprise service operations.
We are looking for highly motivated engineers who want to build large-scale products from the ground up and work on cutting-edge technologies in EV charging and enterprise SaaS.
ChargeZippy
A high-performance EV Charging Management Platform (CSMS) supporting OCPP, OCPI, fleet operations, charging networks, payments, analytics, and charger monitoring.
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer who can contribute across backend, frontend, and mobile application development.
- You will be involved in designing scalable systems, building modern user experiences, developing APIs, implementing real-time communication systems, and delivering production-ready applications used by thousands of users.
Responsibilities
Backend Development
- Design and develop scalable REST APIs and backend services.
- Build secure authentication and authorization systems.
- Develop multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
- Design and optimize MySQL databases.
- Implement real-time communication using WebSockets.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
- Develop reporting, analytics, billing, and workflow modules.
Frontend Development
- Build responsive web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Develop dashboards, monitoring systems, and administrative portals.
- Implement real-time data updates and visualization.
- Create intuitive and modern user experiences.
Mobile Application Development
- Develop and maintain Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
- Implement QR scanning, push notifications, offline functionality, and live status updates.
- Ensure excellent performance and user experience across devices.
ChargeZippy Platform
- Develop EV charging network management features.
- Work with OCPP 1.6J and OCPP 2.0.1 integrations.
- Build charger monitoring and transaction management systems.
- Implement fleet and roaming features.
- Support OCPI integrations.
Post Sale Pro Platform
- Build CRM, inventory, and service management modules.
- Develop technician workflow systems.
- Implement ticketing and customer support processes.
- Create business automation and reporting tools.
