- Job Title: Full Stack Technical Lead (Angular & Python)
Top responsibilities:
- Act as the Full Stack Technical Lead to drive a major clinical application web overhaul.
- Lead frontend development utilizing modern Angular frameworks and real-time/collaborative UI patterns.
- Develop and maintain robust backend architectures utilizing Python, FastAPI, and async job handling.
- Ensure deep architectural integrity, performance optimization, and handle complex business logic.
- Manage cloud and data infrastructure using PostgreSQL, AWS, and Kubernetes/EKS.
- Facilitate hypercare, knowledge transfer (KT), and next-release development in a fast-paced transition environment.
Required skills:
- 7+ years in full-stack software/product engineering and technical leadership.
- In-depth expertise in Angular (17+, ideally 18/19), TypeScript, RxJS/signals, and typed Reactive Forms.
- Strong production backend experience with Python, FastAPI (or comparable), Pydantic contracts, and SQLAlchemy/ORM.
- Experience with real-time UI patterns (WebSockets, optimistic concurrency).
- Proficiency in AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, PostgreSQL, and full-stack CI/CD troubleshooting.
