Key Responsibilities:
Align technical design and solutioning following company architecture and standards
Provide hands-on guidance to the developers and review code quality
Collaborate closely with QA, and operations teams
Support delivery planning and technical troubleshooting
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience (9+ years) in system design and application architecture
Solid background in modern application development (backend) of Java or NodeJS
Experienced in handling scalability, security and performance optimization
Design patterns for Microservices, Data orchestration and Integration, experience in AI agent development would be advantage
Experience leading a small-to-medium sized development team
Familiar with cloud-based environments and CI/CD practices
