About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Technical Lead with strong expertise in MERN Stack, AWS Cloud Services, AI-enabled development practices, and team leadership. The candidate will be responsible for leading development teams, driving technical decisions, ensuring project delivery, and mentoring engineers while building scalable enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and development of web applications.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive architecture decisions and establish development standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best coding practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and clients.
- Lead sprint planning, estimation, scrum ceremonies, and retrospectives.
- Design and implement REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure and deployments on AWS.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
