- Responsibilities :
- Drive the development of microservices using Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, and AWS technologies.
- Build UI components
- Debug production incidents related to microservices, authentication, authorization, databases, UI (React), and other components.
- Collaborate with product teams to ideate, prototype, and develop new features and functionalities. Proactively take ownership of projects, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives.
- Work closely with different teams to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components, optimize UI performance, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Collaborate with remote teams in the US and India on feature development and delivery. Lead and mentor a small team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.
- Requirements :
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Golang, JPA, REST, microservices, SQL, NoSQL, Mongo DB, and web frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience in cloud-native development, preferably with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- UI-backend integration: Strong ability to integrate front-end components with back-end APIs and services, considering performance optimization.
- Leadership Skills :
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to drive project execution and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Experience working in agile environments and using agile methodologies.
- Problem-solving: Proven ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges, think critically, and propose innovative solutions.
