Your New Role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer , you’ll work within a cross‑functional agile team to design, build, and support a modern AWS cloud‑native web application. You’ll play a hands‑on role across backend and frontend development using Node.Js, TypeScript, and React , while also contributing to code quality, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating closely with Product, UX, and QA stakeholders.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 6+ years of experience in web application development
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Node.Js and TypeScript
- 2+ years of experience building frontend applications using React (Redux is a plus)
- Experience designing and developing asynchronous, event‑driven processes (e.G., queues, background jobs)
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including debugging, performance tuning, refactoring, branching strategies, and coding standards
- Experience writing unit tests and maintaining test coverage thresholds
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional teams
- Self‑motivated, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, ECS, CloudFormation, and IAM
- Exposure to Amazon Bedrock and large language models (LLMs)
- Previous experience in financial services and/or real estate environments
