Ideal CandidateThis role is best suited for a developer who is comfortable operating as the primary technical owner of a growing digital business. You should be experienced in architecting, integrating, and maintaining systems across multiple SaaS platforms while ensuring reliable data flow between them.
You have strong experience designing and maintaining back-end systems, APIs, and integrations that allow multiple platforms to communicate effectively. You understand how to map data across systems, maintain clean and consistent data structures, and build reporting layers that allow business stakeholders to clearly understand performance across marketing, sales, subscriptions, and customer engagement.
You are comfortable working with modern SaaS ecosystems and automation tools, and can evaluate when to extend existing platforms through APIs, middleware, or custom services. You also have experience supporting or integrating with mobile applications and understand the infrastructure required to support web and app-based products.
In addition, you have experience managing or executing platform migrations, particularly when moving customers, subscriptions, payments, and historical data between systems. You understand the importance of maintaining data integrity throughout these processes and can design migration strategies that minimize disruption to customers.
The ideal candidate is highly resourceful, able to troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms, and comfortable being the first and primary technical hire responsible for overseeing the company’s entire technology ecosystem. You should be able to both maintain the current stack and strategically guide the evolution of future systems, platforms, and integrations as the business grows.
You should also be comfortable leveraging modern AI tools in your development workflow and be able to demonstrate how you use AI to accelerate development, automate processes, analyze data, and improve operational efficiency across the business.

Overtake the support and management of all technology platforms - including troubleshooting issues
Identify areas of opportunity to improve customer experience
Build our internal reporting dashboard to visualize all business operations from marketing to onboarding to customer retention - ensuring data integrity
Potentially plan a payment gateway migration
Map out a new, improved web / mobile app & tech stack
