Responsibilities
As part of the Public Spaces Incubator Project, you will implement and enhance innovative digital solutions that create safe, community‑focused spaces for audiences to engage with content, creators, and each other.
Collaborate with a global consortium of public broadcasters to deliver engaging, trustworthy, and inclusive digital experiences.
Qualifications
- A Computer Science or Engineering degree, or equivalent experience.
- Proven proficiency with JavaScript and React; working knowledge of TypeScript, React Native with Expo.
- Experience with a JavaScript framework such as Express.js or Hono using Node.js.
- Experience with database technologies: Firebase Realtime Database, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Skilled in engineering quality practices, including unit, integration and UI testing.
- Experience with development tools and workflows (Git, Jenkins, Bamboo).
- Capability to build, consume, and integrate API endpoints and third‑party products.
