Health Haven LLC is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Full Stack Web Developer & Digital Automation Specialist to support the growth of our healthcare and behavioral health organizations . This role combines full stack web development, SEO strategy, AI integration, automation systems, and digital marketing to help expand our online presence, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient engagement.

The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and creatively driven, with experience building scalable digital systems, optimizing websites for search engines, implementing automation workflows, and leveraging AI technologies to improve business performance.

Responsibilities

Full Stack Web Development
Design, develop, maintain, and optimize responsive company websites and web applications.
Build and manage front-end and back-end website functionality.
Develop custom landing pages, intake forms, scheduling integrations, and patient-facing portals.
Ensure websites are optimized for speed, mobile responsiveness, SEO, security, and user experience.
Troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, integrations, and performance concerns.
Manage hosting environments, domains, website security, backups, and deployments.
Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to improve digital functionality and workflow efficiency.
SEO & Digital Marketing
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement actionable optimization strategies.
Optimize Google Business Profiles and local directory listings.
Develop local SEO campaigns to improve rankings and patient acquisition.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink enhancement, and content optimization.
Monitor website analytics, search rankings, and campaign performance.
Create and present monthly performance reports with measurable KPIs and recommendations.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Stay updated with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and healthcare marketing best practices.
AI & Automation
Develop and implement AI-powered workflows to improve operational efficiency and digital marketing performance.
Integrate automation systems across CRM platforms, websites, scheduling systems, patient communication tools, and marketing campaigns.
Utilize AI tools for SEO optimization, content generation, analytics, chatbot deployment, and workflow automation.
Create automated dashboards and reporting systems for operational and marketing analytics.
Build automation solutions for appointment reminders, patient intake, lead generation, follow-up communication, and outreach campaigns.
Collaborate with leadership to identify areas where AI and automation can improve healthcare operations and scalability.
Research and implement emerging AI technologies and automation platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in web development, SEO, and digital systems management.
Strong experience with front-end and back-end development technologies.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, APIs, and modern web frameworks.
Experience with database management and cloud-based systems.
Strong understanding of technical SEO, local SEO, and website optimization.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make.com, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or API-based integrations.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI productivity platforms.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in healthcare, behavioral health, or medical marketing.
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare digital marketing regulations.
Experience with CRM integrations and patient communication systems.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and conversion optimization.
Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Understanding of schema markup, advanced SEO strategies, and performance optimization.
Experience implementing AI chatbots and automated patient engagement systems.
