The opportunity:
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Web Developer to join our Toronto-based tech team. You will be responsible for writing clean, high‑quality code and collaborating with Product Managers and other developers to build and enhance our software products. This is a full‑time, on‑site role (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.).
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications for the Optimize platform.
- Work with Product Managers to define and refine feature requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high‑quality standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.
- Experience with front‑end (e.g., React, Angular) and/or back‑end technologies.
- Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
