Full stack web developer

Grow Your Staff is hiring a Full Stack Web Developer to support a US-based creative production and digital marketing company. The position is a part-time remote opportunity.
The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the US.
Experience required: 4-6 years
Time: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Monday - Friday)
Salary: INR 12-16 LPA

Requirements: 4 hours/day (subject to change based on business)
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain fully functional, responsive, and user-friendly websites using modern frontend and backend technologies
Build websites that can be easily managed and updated by non-technical users
Utilize AI tools such as Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, and Git Hub Copilot to improve development speed, code quality, and overall productivity
Build and maintain automations and integrations using APIs, webhooks, and platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, CRMs, and CMS tools
Integrate e Commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or similar solutions
Implement payment gateways, including Stripe and other online payment systems
Set up and integrate scheduling and booking tools such as Calendly and similar platforms
Develop website automations for workflows, notifications, lead capture, and other business functions
Build booking systems and alert/notification features within websites
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure websites are optimized for performance, security, scalability, and mobile responsiveness
Create interactive, visually appealing, and modern website experiences with a strong focus on UI/UX best practices
Provide basic graphic design support for website layouts, visuals, and digital assets when required
Work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision
Develop websites across various industries, including fitness, fashion, logistics, and other business domains, adapting functionality and user experience to industry-specific requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
4-6 years of experience in full-stack web development
Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java Script, and modern frameworks
Experience with backend development and database management
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar e Commerce platforms
Experience integrating payment gateways such as Stripe and other online payment solutions
Experience implementing scheduling, booking, and automation tools
Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design
Experience building websites for multiple industries and business domains
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing projects independently
Portfolio showcasing websites, web applications, and relevant development projects
Exposure to networking, hardware troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure is a strong plus.
