We are currently seeking a Full Stack - WebApps to join our team in Mexico City, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Frontend
* Dominio de HTML5, CSS3 y JavaScript (ES6+)
* Experiencia s\u00f3lida con frameworks modernos:
* React.js (preferido), Angular o Vue.js
* Manejo de state management (Redux, Context API, Vuex, etc.)
* Consumo e integraci\u00f3n de APIs REST y/o GraphQL
* Dise\u00f1o de interfaces responsivas (Mobile First)
* Conocimientos de accesibilidad web (WCAG) b\u00e1sicos
* Manejo de herramientas de build y bundling (Vite, Webpack, npm/yarn)
Backend
* Experiencia desarrollando APIs con al menos uno de los siguientes stacks:
* Node.js (Express, NestJS)
* Java (Spring Boot)
* Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
* .NET (ASP.NET Core)
* Dise\u00f1o de servicios RESTful y manejo de autenticaci\u00f3n/autorizaci\u00f3n (JWT, OAuth)
* Gesti\u00f3n de l\u00f3gica de negocio y patrones de dise\u00f1o b\u00e1sicos (MVC, Clean Architecture)
Bases de Datos
* Experiencia con:
* Relacionales: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
* No relacionales: MongoDB, DynamoDB (deseable)
* Dise\u00f1o de modelos de datos y optimizaci\u00f3n de consultas
* Conocimientos de ORMs (Sequelize, TypeORM, Hibernate, Entity Framework, etc.)
Control de Versiones y DevOps B\u00e1sico
* Uso profesional de Git (GitFlow, PRs, code reviews)
* Experiencia trabajando con repositorios en GitHub, GitLab o Azure DevOps
* Conocimientos b\u00e1sicos de:
* CI/CD
* Docker (deseable)
* Deploy en entornos cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP \u2013 nivel pr\u00e1ctico)

* Desarrollo de aplicaciones web completas (end-to-end)
* Experiencia en entornos productivos con usuarios reales
* Mantenimiento y evoluci\u00f3n de sistemas existentes

* Experiencia trabajando con arquitecturas SPA o microservicios (deseable)
