Job Overview

We are the Store Task Management team at REWE digital Spain, located in Malaga, looking for a Senior full‑stack developer to build and maintain applications for retail stores and logistics centres.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining applications for retail stores and logistic centres.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams.
• Engage in the entire product development lifecycle.
• Contribute to a cross‑functional, international team.

Required Skills

• 6-7 years of experience with Java and Spring Framework.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security.
• Experience with Angular.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture.
• Knowledge of containerised applications using Docker and deployment to Kubernetes.
• Solid grasp of relational database concepts.
• Proactive mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with Agile product development.
• Fluent English; located in Malaga.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills & Knowledge

• Interest in software architecture and DevOps.
• Familiarity with Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (particularly GitLab).
