Role - Senior Fullstack Developer (contract)

Start Date: January 6, 2026

Type: Contract (6 months, renewable)

Location: Hybrid

Language: English (bilingual a strong asset)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using Angular 17+ with PrimeNG.
• Build robust and efficient back-end services leveraging Java microservices with Micronaut.
• Integrate and maintain healthcare standards and interoperability using FHIR (Smile CDR).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver end-to-end solutions for patient scheduling, clinical documentation, order management, and other healthtech use cases.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to support production systems.
• Work in an agile environment, contributing to sprints, planning, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development.
• Front-end: Angular 17+ with PrimeNG.
• Back-end: Java microservices using Micronaut.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Jira, Confluence.
• Mandatory healthtech industry experience (e.g., patient scheduling, clinical documentation, order management).
• Solid understanding of FHIR standards (experience with Smile CDR strongly preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a hybrid, fast‑paced startup environment.
• English required (French an asset).
• Autonomy, willingness to discuss/challenge decisions, propose alternatives/new ideas.
• Open minded, open to feedback.
