Role - Senior Fullstack Developer (Contract)

Start Date: January 6, 2026

Type: Contract (6 months, renewable)

Location: Hybrid

Language: English (bilingual a strong asset)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front‑end applications using Angular17+ with PrimeNG.
• Build robust and efficient back‑end services leveraging Java microservices with Micronaut.
• Integrate and maintain healthcare standards and interoperability using FHIR (SmileCDR).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver end‑to‑end solutions for patient scheduling, clinical documentation, order management, and other healthtech use cases.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to support production systems.
• Work in an agile environment, contributing to sprints, planning, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Front‑end: Angular17+ with PrimeNG.
• Back‑end: Java microservices using Micronaut.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Jira, Confluence.
• Mandatory healthtech industry experience (e.g., patient scheduling, clinical documentation, order management).
• Solid understanding of FHIR standards (experience with SmileCDR strongly preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a hybrid, fast‑paced startup environment.
• English required (French an asset).
• Autonomy, willingness to discuss/challenge decisions, propose alternatives/recent ideas.
• Open minded, open to feedback.
