What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a cross‑functional team working in a modern Agile and DevOps environment.
We value professionals with experience across both frontend and backend development . While you may have a stronger background in either frontend (React) or backend (Java/Spring Boot), we expect you to be comfortable contributing across the full stack when needed.
Location: Hybrid – Madrid (3 days per week onsite, Sol area)
Language: Very good command of English required
- Work within a cross‑functional team using Agile methodologies and a DevOps‑centric approach.
- Design, implement, deploy, release, and monitor applications.
- Participate in code reviews and pull request processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different business areas to understand business needs.
- Take part in planning and feature refinement sessions.
- Work closely with Solution Architects to design solutions aligned with the overall architecture vision.
- Actively contribute to Software Engineering communities, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Deliver high‑quality code aligned with development standards and guidelines.
- Experience in software engineering across frontend and backend environments.
- Knowledge of React and Java Spring Boot technologies.
- Strong understanding of TDD, BDD, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps principles .
- Pragmatic, open‑minded, and proactive attitude.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to contribute ideas and improvements.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and support transformation initiatives.
- Pride in delivering high‑quality solutions and leading by example.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
