Role Overview
The Full Stack Developer (L3) for GenAI Application Support is responsible for end-to-end engineering support of production GenAI applications, including code-level fixes, performance optimization, and platform enhancements.
This role operates at the intersection of application, AI models, and platform engineering, ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of GenAI systems in production.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong Full Stack Development experience:
Backend: Python, Java/Spring Boot
Frontend: React, Angular, Node Js
Expertise in API development (REST/GraphQL) and microservices
Hands-on with GenAI concepts:
LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
Knowledge of CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Strong understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL)
GenAI & Platform Awareness
Understanding of:
Model lifecycle (versioning, deployment)
Data ingestion & vector databases
AI reliability risks (drift, hallucination, bias)
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and RCA mindset
Ability to work in high-pressure production support environments
Effective communication and cross-team coordination
Role Positioning (GenAI Support Model)
Level: L3 (Engineering / Developer Tier)
Focus: "Build & Fix Core" ownership (code, architecture, enhancements)
Interfaces with:
L1: Triage & basic support
L2: Technical troubleshooting
L3: Engineering resolution (this role)
