We're hiring: Fullstack Developer (React + Cross-Functional Collaboration).

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React and backend technologies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code while ensuring performance and maintainability.
• Participate in design and code reviews, contributing to the growth and knowledge-sharing of the team.
• Build integrations, APIs, and (optionally) data visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in fullstack development with a strong focus on React .
• Solid backend experience (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar frameworks).
• Previous experience working in cross-functional teams (Agile environments).
• Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with Power BI , Tableau, or other BI/analytics tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud .
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and software architecture patterns.
