• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and system design
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications
• Work directly with clients and project managers in English to clarify requirements and provide updates
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team best practices

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• At least 3 years of experience in fullstack development
• Proficient in ReactJS and one of the following backend stacks:
  • NodeJS (Express/NestJS)
  • Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, modern JavaScript, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Good command of spoken and written English (comfortable joining calls and writing technical documents)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
