Requirements:
- 2–3+ years Laravel (production-level experience)
- 2+ years Vue experience (Vue 3 preferred)
- Strong experience with Pinia and Axios
- AI proficient
- Solid SQL optimization knowledge (indexing, query tuning, performance analysis)
- Web page design skills
- Experience integrating external APIs (e.g., Stripe, Zoom, or similar services)
- Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills
- Experience using AI tools responsibly in development.
- Currently based in Philippines, Fluent in English and Tagalog
- With own device (laptop/desktop) and access to stable high speed internet
Your deliverables:
- Complete hotfixes in 2 hours including initial investigation report
- 15-20 Deployment Frequency per month for on-demand tasks and for sprint tasks
- Maintain <10% failure rate (deployments that result in minor failures or rollback)
What You’re Signing up for:
- Starting pay up to 30K php NETT ; salary raise up to 60k php on third month
- Fixed schedule 10am-7pm weekdays Manila time, paid Philippine holidays, remote work
- 1 year renewable contractor engagement
