Full Stack Developer | AI-Forward Product Studio

We’re partnering with a fast-moving product studio helping early-stage startups and founders bring new ideas to life quickly.

This is a great role for a Full Stack Developer who enjoys building across the stack, working closely with founders/designers, and using AI tools to speed up development.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building end-to-end web applications across frontend, backend, hosting, and deployment
• Working across React, Node, Python, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Using AI development tools like Cursor or similar to improve speed and productivity
• Collaborating with designers, founders, and lean product teams to test, iterate, and ship MVPs
• Building products that are clean, usable, and ready to support early-stage growth

What we’re looking for:

• Strong full-stack experience across React, Node and/or Python
• Experience building and shipping real applications, whether through startups, client work, or personal projects
• Exposure to app/mobile development (React Native, PWA or similar), with an interest in building seamless cross-platform user experiences
• Comfort with cloud deployment and basic DevOps principles
• A genuine interest in AI-assisted development and modern engineering workflows
• Ideally Melbourne-based, although remote candidates across Australia will be considered
