As a Fullstack Developer at AccessiWay, you will shape accessible web experiences for millions of users. You’ll work across frontend and backend, collaborating with a driven team to deliver high-quality, performant products. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Develop frontend interfaces using React/TypeScript with hooks, TanStack Query, Tailwind CSS, and Zod
• Build and maintain server-side logic including Lambda functions, ECS services, and REST APIs behind API Gateway
• Implement testing with Vitest and Playwright and participate in code reviews
• Optimize performance, monitoring, and error tracking with Sentry and ensure accessibility
• Design database schemas and queries for PostgreSQL/DynamoDB; decide when to use which storage
• Contribute to infrastructure as code and experiment with new technologies
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of fullstack experience (frontend and backend)
• Fluent TypeScript for client-side and server-side development
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, SQS/SNS, ECS, API Gateway, RDS/DynamoDB) xqbhyrx
• Strong PostgreSQL knowledge (schema design, query optimization)
• Attention to UI polish, performance, and robust testing
• Ownership mindset and ability to deliver without supervision
