Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain custom features for our existing public Shopify app.
- Enhance and optimize app functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our Shopify app and integrations.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers to deliver high-quality app improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Shopify app development.
- Develop new features using Shopify GraphQL and REST AdminQL.
- Continuously improve the app based on user feedback and requirements.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Shopify Developer (2+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
- Experience with Shopify Developer Console, Heroku, Postmark, Google Analytics, Webflow, Linear, Git, and NG Rock.
- Familiarity with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and NestJS.
- Knowledge of Svelte is a plus.
- Understanding of the software development cycle.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience using Shopify APIs and Shopify CLI.
- Proficiency with Shopify’s suite of development tools, including the Polaris design system, Shopify App Bridge, and Slate.
- Familiarity with building and maintaining public apps for the Shopify App Store.
- Knowledge of Shopify Plus features and functionalities.
- Understanding of Shopify Flow and other automation tools within Shopify.
Pay: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
