The Opportunity
Highspring is assisting a client in their search for a Senior Full‑Stack Developer for a permanent role.
In this role, you will contribute to the evolution of a rapidly growing digital platform, working across multiple system components and integrations. You will play a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and high‑quality solutions that support business and operational needs.
What You'll Do
- Develop both backend and frontend components of the platform
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to understand and refine business requirements
- Recommend and implement technical solutions aligned with business needs
- Ensure code quality and compliance with architecture, naming conventions, and security standards
- Build and maintain automated testing frameworks
- Configure and manage CI/CD deployment pipelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure overall development quality
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to implementation
What You Bring to the Table
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in full stack development
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a results‑oriented approach
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively within Agile teams
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and adopt new technologies
Core Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in C# , .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET 6
- Solid experience designing and working with REST APIs
- Experience with SQL, Azure SQL, and SQL Server
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using YAML and infrastructure‑as‑code tools (e.g., Bicep)
- Knowledge of software design principles and design patterns
- Experience building and executing automated tests (unit and service‑level)
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices (Scrum, Lean)
