Job Role: FullStack Developer

Job Overview
Responsible for translating system needs (analysis and development) into technical solutions by writing software applications, integrating systems, creating, modifying and/or supporting desktop, web-based, mobile, cloud, and virtual applications and application programming interfaces.
Essential Functions
Proficient in both front-end (client-side) and back-end (server-side) development, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining fully functioning web applications, APIs, and databases.
Develop and maintain intermediate to advanced IT applications and programs to meet business requirements and support user needs and initiatives; create/Update detailed technical design specifications.
Analyze client operations, explore opportunities for improvements; assess client needs utilizing a structured requirements process.
Create and share development estimates, technical requirements and specifications to enable accurate planning with realistic timelines.
Review technical design specifications developed by junior level developers. Mentor, train, and coach students and junior programmers.
Plan, develop and execute test plans across the lifecycle, code, and documents custom test automation frameworks.
Design, develop, and/or implement moderate to highly complex reusable components and optimize programming resources.
Contribute to strategic planning and provide guidance and expertise on system options, risk, cost vs. benefits, and impacts on departmental processes and goals.
Participate and/or lead in project planning processes (such as Agile, Scrum, Extreme, RAD, etc.).
Serve as an expert resource in one or more development frameworks or methodologies.
Participate and/or lead the reviews and analysis of new technologies, frameworks and development architectures and contribute to the maintenance and evolution of established development standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Proficiencies: Strong knowledge of front-end languages (HTML/CSS/JS), back-end languages (C#), APIs (REST/SOAP), and database systems. Proficiency in .NET CORE framework.
Tools & DevOps: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Key Competencies
Ability to work in agile development environments.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of web security best practices.
