ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a hybrid opportunity in Portugal, based in Porto or Lisbon with two office days per week, supporting the development and evolution of business applications for the banking sector in collaboration with international teams.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Maintain, design and implement full stack applications using .NET on the backend and React on the frontend.
- Analyse user requirements and translate them into clear application design decisions.
- Define application objectives, functionality and technical approach with relevant stakeholders.
- Align application design and delivery with business goals.
- Develop, test and improve software components with a focus on reliability, maintainability and quality.
- Debug, investigate and resolve technical issues across application environments.
- Produce clear technical and design documentation to support delivery and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with distributed teams to ensure consistent delivery and business alignment.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 6 to 9 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proven experience delivering full stack applications in complex business environments.
- Strong backend development experience with .NET.
- Strong frontend development experience with React.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with international teams.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to quality, documentation and maintainability.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Responsible, collaborative and solution-oriented approach to delivery.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY
Base salary range: EUR 14,000 - EUR 36,000 gross/year
Total compensation: up to EUR 40,000/year
The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
