Job Summary :
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain microservices using Node.js and TypeScript with the NestJS framework.
Experience with NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB, code using Mongoose for MongoDB interactions.
Write and maintain comprehensive test suites using Jest.
Collaborate with the team to design and implement robust software solutions.
Proficient in using MVC design pattern.
Expertise with Octagonal architecture.
Ability to create Fiori apps using SAPUI5 library.
Understand and have experience with JSON Web Tokens (JWT).
Proficiency in using API testing tools like Postman or Insomnia.
Capacity to create, understand and convert technical documentation in code, like UML, sequence diagrams.
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
A knack for benchmarking and optimization
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in web development.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/Typescript.
Proficient in using Git for version control.
Extensive experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and the NestJS framework.
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools and frameworks, like ReactJs and AngularJs.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
Experience with NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB, and Mongoose for MongoDB interactions.
Experience with testing libraries, preferably Jest.
Familiarity with MVC design pattern and Octagonal architecture.
Ability to create Fiori apps using SAPUI5 library.
Understanding and experience with JSON Web Tokens (JWT).
Proficiency in using API testing tools like Postman or Insomnia.
Ability to create, understand and convert technical documentation in code, like UML, sequence diagrams.
Familiarity with observability tools like DataDog.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with good conversational skills.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with Service Bus technologies for distributed systems.
Experience with SAP integrations and technologies like SAPUI5 is a plus.
