Senior Fullstack Developer (Node/react)

Full Stack Web Application Developer :
- Remote | Full-time_
Working with a modern tech stack —including a headless CMS, React.js , and static site generation tools —you’ll contribute to a streamlined publishing platform. Your work will span the development process, from setting up CI/CD pipelines to building automation tests and leveraging AWS serverless technologies to create scalable, high-performance solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Contentful Integration : Utilize Contentful as a headless CMS; ensure smooth integration within the platform.
- Static Site Generation with 11ty : Build fast, secure static sites using 11ty.
- React Component Development : Develop and optimize performant, scalable components rendered by 11ty.
- AWS Utilization : Implement AWS services to support functionality like search, machine translation, and more.
- CI/CD Pipelines : Maintain efficient continuous integration and deployment workflows.
- Performance Optimization : Monitor and improve web app performance and user experience.
- Collaboration : Participate in planning, code reviews, and work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Documentation : Maintain clear and complete technical documentation for integrations and codebase.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience with React.js and front-end technologies
- 2+ years of experience with Node.js and backend development
- 1+ year working with Amazon AWS services
- Solid experience integrating and managing content with Contentful or similar headless CMS
- Strong knowledge of API development and JavaScript frameworks
- Familiarity with serverless architecture and 12-factor app design principles
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, Git workflows
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
- Ability to interpret and act on complex or ambiguous business requirements
Nice to Have :
- Experience with Node.js/Express.js and GraphQL
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Familiarity with 11ty or similar static site generation tools
