Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python, .NET, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Build robust, scalable, and secure REST APIs and backend services.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend components with React, Angular, or other JavaScript frameworks.
- Integrate AI/ML models, third‑party AI APIs, or LLM‑based capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.
- Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases for application data management.
- Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and software quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Proficiency with Python, .NET, and JavaScript (Angular/Vue) for production‑grade applications.
- Experience with Python data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
- Excellent SQL skills for data modeling, complex query construction, and performance optimization.
- Experience designing complex ETL data pipelines for mission‑critical applications.
- Proficiency with AI development tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
- Experience with cloud‑native development, microservice architecture, Docker, and OAuth2.
- Strong communication skills, curiosity, and empathy for effective collaboration.
- Intrinsic motivation to leverage skills for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Preferred: Experience with Apache Airflow, MCPs/RAG pipelines, knowledge systems, or asset‑management trading industry.
