* Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, particularly front-end applications using React.js.
* Strong understanding of back-end development principles, including API design, server-side architecture, and application integration.
* Demonstrated experience in leading and managing development teams, including mentoring developers and driving project delivery.
* Ability to write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
* Experience in API integration, database design, and database management across relational and/or NoSQL platforms.
* Up-to-date knowledge of modern web development technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and agile teams.
