Senior Fullstack Developer / Team Lead — US Shift (Remote/WFH)
About the Role
We're hiring 2 Senior Fullstack Developers who will also take on Team Lead responsibilities, working in a US-aligned shift with a remote/WFH setup. This role suits someone who wants ownership over a scalable product, not just ticket execution — someone who makes decisions fast, takes accountability without hand-holding, and is comfortable driving things forward independently during US hours when the rest of the org may be offline.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery on scalable, production-grade projects — architecture decisions, code quality, and delivery timelines
- Lead and mentor a small team; review code, unblock issues, and raise the execution bar
- Work directly with US-based stakeholders during shift hours — this includes making calls independently when leadership isn't immediately reachable
- Take accountability for outcomes, not just output — you'll be expected to flag risks early and drive resolution, not wait to be asked
Tech Stack
MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js, Java, Spring Boot (backend) + React/Angular (frontend), MySQL/PostgreSQL, Python, Django or FastAPI (backend) + React (frontend).
Experience & Fit
- 4–6 years of strong IT/product development experience, with demonstrated ownership on scalable projects (not just feature work on someone else's architecture)
- Proven leadership — has led or mentored developers, even informally
- Decisive and proactive — comfortable making judgment calls and moving fast without waiting for consensus
- Track record of job stability — we're looking for a 2-year minimum commitment ; frequent job-hopping in your history will be a hard filter here
- Proper WFH setup: stable internet, reliable power backup, and a workspace that supports focused work during US hours
Work Details
- Shift: US timezone — working window starts 7:30 PM IST, ~8.5 hours
- Days: Monday–Friday, remote
- Weekend expectation: On-call/checking in if something critical comes up during high-priority periods — not a standing weekend shift, but availability is expected when needed
- Location: Remote (WFH)
