Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications from front-end to back-end
- Building responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly digital experiences
- Developing secure and high-performing APIs, services, and integrations
- Collaborating closely with Product, UX/UI, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and continuously improving application performance and reliability
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices
- Participating in code reviews and contributing to architectural decisions
- Working in cloud-native environments and supporting automated CI/CD pipelines
- Building modern applications using in-demand technologies such as React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, .NET Core, Python, Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and AI-powered development tools
- Staying up to date with emerging technologies and helping drive innovation within development teams
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' of experience in Full Stack Development
- Proven experience developing and deploying web applications in modern development environments
- Experience working across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best coding practices
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams
- Ability to balance technical excellence with business requirements
