Senior Fullstack Engineer | Leading E-commerce

This role offers the opportunity to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications within a fast-growing digital commerce environment. You will act as a key technical partner to product teams, driving innovation including AI integration while owning critical systems end-to-end.

Description
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable web applications and core system modules
* Own and maintain key systems, ensuring performance, stability, and security across both new and legacy platforms
* Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Design and implement integrations with third-party services (e.g., payment, logistics, and AI services)
* Drive technical roadmap planning, estimation, and solution architecture discussions
* Mentor and guide engineers, fostering strong engineering practices and team development
* Support operational excellence through troubleshooting and system optimization
* Champion code quality, best practices, and continuous improvement in engineering processes
* Identify opportunities to enhance systems, including leveraging AI technologies
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
* Strong backend experience with at least one of: Elixir, Golang, or Node.js
* Solid experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch
* Hands-on experience with message queues (RabbitMQ or Kafka), Docker, and CI/CD workflows
* Strong understanding of scalable system design and legacy system ownership
* Experience integrating third-party systems (payment, logistics, or AI services)
* Proven ability to mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
* Exposure to e-commerce domain is a strong advantage
* Experience working with microservices or monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana/Prometheus) is a plus
* Good communication skills in English
