Senior Fullstack Engineer (Java or Python)

Type of contract: Employment contract

Salary range: 14600-22300 PLN/gross

What will you do?

You will work on designing and developing modern software solutions, contributing to architecture decisions and enhancing user experience while ensuring application stability and scalability. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, implement best practices, and continuously improve service management and automation processes.

Your tasks

• Participate in software architecture design
• Lead UI changes and improvements to enhance UX and stability
• Implement solutions based on best design patterns
• Analyze requirements and recommend improvements
• Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation
• Develop application prototypes to validate concepts and designs
• Manage changes through the service management lifecycle
• Drive automation and improvement of service management processes
• Provide customer support and resolve issues efficiently
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and deliver solutions

Your skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java or Python development
• Frontend development experience preferably with React
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Java and Web API development
• Backend services design and implementation
• SQL and database design with SQL Server
• Advanced T-SQL and query optimization
• Performance tuning experience
• CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Understanding of SDLC processes

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Cloud platforms knowledge
• Automation tooling experience
• Monitoring and observability tools
• Experience with service management processes
