As a Lead Fullstack Engineer (f/m/d) at shyftplan, you will be leading one of our cross-functional teams, with a strong ambition for solving our customers’ problems. These are you task in more detail:
- Be a great example in your coding for your team.
- Mentor and lead a small, agile, and cross-functional engineering team, ensuring motivation, engagement, and skill development.
- Collaborate with Product Manager and team to define and deliver achievable sprint commitments, considering technical feasibility and business priorities.
- Give valuable feedback on implementation details.
- Ensure the development of robust and scalable software solutions aligned with project goals.
Dein Profil
- 3+ years of experience in web development
- Experience with Ruby on Rails (8) would be an advantage
- Experience with a modern UI framework (Vue3 or React)
- Strong SQL skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL, PSQL, Oracle, MSSQL)
- Knowledge of continuous deployment and integration practices
- Experience in identifying and resolving potential performance bottlenecks
- Good understanding of modern API design practices and standards
- Strong in SOLID and Clean Code principles
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
