Fullstack Lead Engineer (.Net with React/Nextjs)

At Synechron, we’re looking for a technical expert who can drive architectural strategy and deliver end-to-end, full-stack solutions across modern technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full development lifecycle: influence, design, build, test, deploy, and run.
• Lead major engineering initiatives, from modernizing backend services to building new customer-facing experiences.
• Ensure our platforms are scalable, intuitive, and world-class.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategy with business goals.
