Role: Senior Fullstack Engineer
Location Requirement : Mexico, Remote.
About the Role
The Full Stack Engineer will support, build and enhance both backend services and frontend applications that power internal operations, broker-facing reporting, and lead management workflows. This role will contribute to developing admin interfaces, configuration panels, dashboards, and operational tooling while also implementing the backend APIs and integrations that support these user experiences. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable working across UI development, service integration, and backend logic in a scalable, cloud-native engineering environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal admin and operational UIs, including configuration panels, lead management interfaces, and operational control surfaces
- Develop broker- and agent-facing reporting dashboards and data-rich interfaces that provide visibility into referral performance, lead attribution, and platform health
- Implement and enhance backend API endpoints that support frontend features, working across the full stack from data layer to UI rendering
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services using REST APIs as well as gRPC or Thrift-based services
- Develop well-tested, production-quality code, including unit and integration tests for both frontend components and backend services
- Deliver scoped features and UI improvements based on technical specifications and design documents
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality, maintainability, and consistency across the shared codebase
- Collaborate with distributed teams through daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Operate within a modern engineering culture that emphasizes decoupled systems, automated CI/CD, monitoring, and scalable development practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience developing full stack applications across both frontend and backend
- Strong frontend expertise in React (functional components, hooks) and TypeScript/JavaScript
- Experience building data-rich user interfaces, including dashboards, filterable tables, forms, and reporting views
- Backend proficiency in one or more of Go, Java, Python, or Node.js for building APIs and service integrations
- Experience in System Design & understanding Architecture
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and familiarity with gRPC or Thrift
- Solid working knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and non-relational databases such as DocDB, MongoDB etc.
- 2+ years of experience with AWS or a comparable cloud platform
- Experience writing unit and integration tests for both frontend and backend code
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across time zones
