YOUR MISSIONS
The KPC Digital Factory team is looking for a new fullstack developer.
You will be involved in developing web applications for our clients in an agile format, respecting code quality and delivery standards.
Project development:
- Collaborating with end users to understand their needs and develop a shared vision of the product
- Develop and ensure the successful launch of a client project
- Participate in the various agile ceremonies
- Participate with the tech lead in the various phases of technical analysis and design
- Implement the various tasks while respecting the principles of clean code.
- Participate in code reviews and propose improvements to code quality and architecture
- Prepare and present demos to end users
- Develop and test application features independently
- Integrating UX/UI mockups into an application
- Follow the principles of application architectures validated by the technology teams.
- Participate in the structuring and decisive development of the project
- Analyze the customer's needs and study their technical feasibility
- Analyze and write the technical specifications and breakdown of implementation tasks within the framework of EPIC/US.
- Being able to negotiate and prioritize a project backlog based on technical constraints
- To intervene during agile ceremonies on technical points and the priorities that may arise from them.
- Writing technical application documentation and solutions
But you will also have to:
- To act as a technical expert and assist junior staff with their technical tasks
+ Technology monitoring and innovation
- Participate in the strategic and technological development of the Digital Factory team by working occasionally on R&D topics
TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT
- Languages: Java, React, Angular
- CI/CD & Monitoring: Git, Docker, Terraform, Datadog / Grafana
PROFILE SOUGHT
- Over 2 years of experience in React and Java development
- Prior experience in frontend development (Angular, React, or Vue.js) within an agile environment
- Git proficiency
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Knowledge of one or more component libraries
- Teamwork: remote and in-person
- Autonomy, curiosity, and a proactive approach
Complementary
- GitLab – GitLab CI/CD
- React libraries: RTK Query, Material UI, Axios
- Knowledge of fixed-term contract development methodologies
- Knowledge of a backend framework (Spring Boot, NestJS, .NET Core)
